  • Account Number

    The subscription number defined for the installation that uses energy to the customer during the contract.

  • Service Point

    It refers to the installation number by which the Distribution Company performs the service for each point of consumption.

  • Customer Number

    Customer-specific number with multiple installations.

  • EIC Code

    The unique registration code specified by the distribution companies for each consumption point in the distribution regions and also used for registration of the consumption point in the Market Management System.

  • Consumer Class

    Type1: Non-eligible consumer, Type2: Eligible consumer receiving electricity by bilateral agreement, Type3: Eligible consumer receiving electricity from the last resource tariffs.

  • Previous Year Consumption (kWh)

    Amount of energy consumed (kilowatt hours) of the previous year.

  • Current Year Consumption (kWh)

    The amount of energy consumed in the current year (kilowatt hours).

  • Bank Instruction

    If there is a payment order from the banks, it includes the information that the order exists, and if there is no payment order, it does not contain the order.

  • File / Sequence Id

    File No: The number defined for the neighborhood, street and street separation of the regions where the customer uses energy. Sequence Number: The number indicating the order in which the customer is registered.

  • Period

    (Year / Month) Indicates the year and month of the consumption determination.

  • Customer Group

    Tariff group where customer's energy consumption is priced (residential, commercial, irrigation, industrial)

  • Customer Name Address

  • Installed Power

    It is the amount of power consumed by all the circuit elements in the system at the same time.

  • Contract Power

    It is the amount of power that is accepted by the customer at the request of the customer and certain provisions have been made in the contract.

  • First Reading Date

    Start date of the period consumption calculated for the relevant invoice.

  • Last Reading Date

    End date of the period consumption calculated for the relevant invoice.

  • Meter Brand

    Meter Brand

  • Meter Serial No

    Serial number of the customer meter.

  • Demand (kW)

    Shows the maximum power the customer has drawn in the same month.

  • Multiplier

    The coefficient indicating the value multiplied by the difference between the indices in current and voltage transformer customers.

  • The Tension Transformator Ratio / Current Transformator Ratio

    Voltage Transformator Ratio: It is the conversion ratio of the voltage transformer used for the meter in the measuring cell.

    Current Transformer Ratio: The conversion ratio of the current transformer used for the meter in the measuring cell.

  • Last index

    The value of the meter based on the period consumption calculated for the relevant invoice at the last reading date.

  • First Index

    The value of the meter based on the period consumption calculated for the relevant invoice at the first reading date.

  • Consumption

    Amount of usage for the invoicing period.

  • Active

    Total first and last index information based on active consumption.

  • Inductive

    First and last index information of inductive consumption register meter.

  • Capacitive

    First and last index information of the capacitive consumption meter.

  • Inductive / Capacitive Amount

    Residential subscribers, lighting subscribers, single-fed subscribers, subscribers with a connection power of up to 9 (nine) kW (inclusive) apply reactive energy tariff under the following conditions.

    If customers with an installed capacity of less than 50 kVA consume inductive reactive energy in excess of thirty-three percent of the amount of active energy they draw, or provide capacitive reactive energy in excess of twenty percent of the active energy amount; those with an installed capacity of 50 kVA or more are obliged to pay reactive energy consumption costs if they consume inductive reactive energy in excess of twenty percent of the amount of active energy they draw or give capacitive reactive energy to the system in excess of fifteen percent of the active energy amount.

  • Active Puant

    For consumers whose consumption is measured via meters that are not updated according to the summer time application;

    Between the last Sunday of October and the last Sunday of March;

    Peak period: 18.00-23.00

    Between the last Sunday of March and the last Sunday of October;

    Peak period: 17.00-22.00

    For consumers whose consumption is measured over the meters updated according to the summer time application;

    The peak period is 17.00-22.00.

  • Active Night

    For consumers whose consumption is measured via meters that are not updated according to the summer time application;

    Between the last Sunday of October and the last Sunday of March;

    Night period: 23.00-07.00

    Between the last Sunday of March and the last Sunday of October;

    Night period: 22.00 - 06.00.

    For consumers whose consumption is measured over the meters updated according to the summer time application;

    Night period: 22.00 - 06.00.

  • Transformer Loss Consumption (kWh)

    Transformer loss consumption (kilowatt-hour) for transformer customers calculated according to the methodology of calculating the loss coefficients in the Electricity Market Balancing and Settlement Regulation.

  • Transformer Loss (TL)

    The cost of transformer loss consumption of transformer customers calculated according to the methodology of calculation of loss coefficients in the Electricity Market Balancing and Settlement Regulation.

  • Energy Cost All

    The sum of the additional accrued or deducted amount reflected for any reason and the consumption.

  • Additional Consumption (+/- kwH)

    The value in kWh (kilowatt hours) of the amount of additional accrual or deduction made for any reason.

  • Energy Excess Fee

    If the users connected to the distribution system exceed the power specified in the connection agreement or contract for those subject to the double term tariff class, it is the unit price of kW (kilowatt) taken monthly on the amount of power exceeded.

  • Distribution Cost

    In accordance with the Electricity Market Law No. 6446 and regulations, the distribution company's breakdown, maintenance, repair, renewal improvement and capacity increases, etc. services, the total kWh (kilowatt-hour) consumption is calculated by multiplying the distribution price by the unit price and transferred to the relevant distribution companies.

  • Energy Fund

    Pursuant to Article 2 of the Law No. 3291, 1% (one percent) of active energy is received from the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources in order to provide financial support for research, development, survey, project audit activities and facilities to be established in the energy sector and transferred to the energy fund at the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources.

  • TRT Share

    Revenues equal to 2% of active energy (two percent) and transmitted to the TRT according to Turkey Radio and Television Law No. 3093.

  • BTV (Municipal Consumption Tax)

    Pursuant to the Law on Municipal Revenues No. 2464, it is the tax amount that is charged according to the tariff group calculated over active energy for the municipality serving within the customer's subscription zone.

  • Cause of Additional Consumption

    Number of overdue invoices not paid as of the invoice date.

  • Compared Date Start-End

    It is the period in which the meter is defective.

  • Number of Overdue Debts

    Number of overdue bills not paid as of the bill date.

  • Overdue Debt Amount

    Overdue current debt amount that has not been paid as of the bill date.

  • Reading Code

    The code of the personnel performing meter reading in the field.

  • Daily Average Consumption

    The billing period of the customer is the daily average of energy consumption.

  • Next Reading Period

    The next reading period (year / month) of the customer's meter.

  • Security Deposit

    Article 33 (1) of the Consumer Services Regulation states that: “The Authorized Procurement Company shall demand an security deposit to be deducted from its liability in case the consumer is unable to pay the electricity consumption amount in case of change of place of use and / or termination of the retail sale contract or termination of the contract. ”is the price received by the provision. In case of termination of the contract, the cash security deposit is updated using the update rate. Following the update, after the payment of all debts to the responsible supply company of the consumer, the updated security deposit, if any, is returned.

  • Stamp duty

    It is the total price to be paid by our customer, which is the sum of the electricity consumption and taxes used during the consumption period.

    Total of the invoiced amount of the overdue current debt that has not been processed as of the bill date.

    As of the date of invoice in our system, if any bank with automatic instructions.

  • Payment Places
