  • Account Number

    The subscription number defined for the installation that uses energy to the customer during the contract.

  • EIC Code

    The unique registration code specified by the distribution companies for each consumption point in the distribution regions and also used for registration of the consumption point in the Market Management System.

  • Service Point

    It refers to the installation number by which the Distribution Company performs the service for each point of consumption.

  • Consumer Information

    It refers to the customer's first name, address, ID number, contact information and the tariff group (residential, commercial, industrial ...) where consumption is charged when using energy.

  • Invoice Amount

    It is the total price to be paid by our customer, which is the sum of the electricity consumption and taxes used during the consumption period.

  • Due Date

    The date on which the accrued electricity bill will be collected without delay.

  • Average Consumption

    The billing period of the customer is the daily average of energy consumption.

  • Meter Reading Day

    Start and end date of the period consumption calculated for the relevant bill

  • Active

    Total first and last index information based on active consumption.

  • Day

    For consumers whose consumption is measured via meters that are not updated according to the summer time application;

    Between the last Sunday of October and the last Sunday of March;

    Daytime: 07.00-18.00

    Between the last Sunday of March and the last Sunday of October;

    Daytime: 06.00-17.00

    For consumers whose consumption is measured over the meters updated according to the summer time application;

    Daytime: 06.00-17.00 hours are applied.

  • Peak

    For consumers whose consumption is measured via meters that are not updated according to the summer time application;

    Between the last Sunday of October and the last Sunday of March;

    Peak period: 18.00-23.00

    Between the last Sunday of March and the last Sunday of October;

    Peak period: 17.00-22.00

    For consumers whose consumption is measured over the meters updated according to the summer time application;

    The peak period is 17.00-22.00.

  • Night

    For consumers whose consumption is measured via meters that are not updated according to the summer time application;

    Between the last Sunday of October and the last Sunday of March;

    Night period: 23.00-07.00

    Between the last Sunday of March and the last Sunday of October;

    Night period: 22.00 - 06.00.

    For consumers whose consumption is measured over the meters updated according to the summer time application;

    Night period: 22.00 - 06.00.

  • Inductive

    First and last index information of inductive consumption register meter.

  • Capacitive

    First and last index information of the capacitive consumption meter.

  • Energy Consumption Fee

    It is the amount obtained as a result of multiplying the basic consumption amount to the bill by the unit price.

  • Transformer Loss

    The cost of transformer loss consumption of transformer customers calculated according to the methodology of calculation of loss coefficients in the Electricity Market Balancing and Settlement Regulation.

  • Reactive Energy Cost

    Residential subscribers, lighting subscribers, single-fed subscribers, subscribers with a connection power of up to 9 (nine) kW (inclusive) apply reactive energy tariff under the following conditions.

    If customers with an installed capacity of less than 50 kVA consume inductive reactive energy in excess of thirty-three percent of the amount of active energy they draw or provide capacitive reactive energy in excess of twenty percent of the active energy amount; those with an installed capacity of 50 kVA or more are obliged to pay reactive energy consumption costs if they consume inductive reactive energy in excess of twenty percent of the amount of active energy they draw or if they supply capacitive reactive energy to the system in excess of fifteen percent of the active energy amount.

  • Additional Consumption

    The value in kWh (kilowatt hours) and TRY of the amount of additional accrual or deduction made for any reason.

  • Power Cost

    For the users connected to the distribution system, subject to double term tariff class, it is the unit price of kW which is taken monthly on the power specified in the connection agreement or contract.

  • Power Overcharge Cost

    If the users connected to the distribution system exceed the power specified in the connection agreement or contract for those subject to the double term tariff class, it is the unit price of kW (kilowatt) taken monthly on the amount of power exceeded.

  • Energy Cost All

    The sum of the additional accrued or deducted amount reflected for any reason and the consumption.

  • Security Deposit

    Article 33 (1) of the Consumer Services Regulation states that: “The Authorized Procurement Company shall demand an security deposit to be deducted from its liability in case the consumer is unable to pay the electricity consumption amount in case of change of place of use and / or termination of the retail sale contract or termination of the contract. ”is the price received by the provision. In case of termination of the contract, the cash security deposit is updated using the update rate. Following the update, after the payment of all debts to the responsible supply company of the consumer, the updated security deposit, if any, is returned.

  • Cut and Connection Cost

    It is the price applied during the connection of the electricity of the consumer.

  • Previous Rounding

    It is the amount that varies between (+) 0,09 TL and (-) 0,09 TL over the total of invoices remaining from the previous period in the previous period invoice and transferred to the next period.

  • Current Rounding

    It is the amount that varies between (+) 0,09 TL and (-) 0,09 TL over the total of invoices remaining from the previous period in the current invoice and transferred to the next period.

  • Old Debt Balance

    Overdue current debt amount that has not been paid as of the bill date.

  • Tax and Funds

    It is the sum of the fees received in accordance with the relevant laws and transferred to the relevant public institutions.

  • Energy Fund

    Pursuant to Article 2 of the Law No. 3291, 1% (one percent) of active energy is received from the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources in order to provide financial support for research, development, survey, project audit activities and facilities to be established in the energy sector and transferred to the energy fund at the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources.

  • TRT Share

    Revenues equal to 2% of active energy (two percent) and transmitted to the TRT according to Turkey Radio and Television Law No. 3093.

  • Municipality Consumption Tax

    Pursuant to the Law on Municipal Revenues No. 2464, it is the tax amount that is charged according to the tariff group calculated over active energy for the municipality serving within the customer's subscription zone.

  • Stamp duty

    The type of tax imposed under the applicable law.

  • VAT

    The amount of tax (Value Added Tax) calculated on the VAT base in accordance with the Value Added Tax Law No. 3065.

  • Invoice Amount

    It is the total price to be paid by our customer, which is the sum of the electricity consumption and taxes used during the consumption period.

  • Authorized Bank

    As of the date of invoice in our system, if any bank with automatic instructions.

  • Meter Reading Field

    The code of the personnel performing meter reading in the field.

  • Multiplier/Demand/Contract Power

    Multiplier: The coefficient indicating the value multiplied by the difference between the indices in current and voltage transformer customers.

    Demand: Shows the maximum power the customer has drawn in the same month.

    Contract Power: It is the amount of power that is accepted by the customer at the request of the customer and certain provisions have been made in the contract.

  • Meter Brand / Type / Serial No

    Refers to customer meter information.

  • Transformator Ratio

    Voltage Transformator Ratio: It is the conversion ratio of the voltage transformer used for the meter in the measuring cell.

    Current Transformer Ratio: The conversion ratio of the current transformer used for the meter in the measuring cell.

  • Period

    (Year / Month) Indicates the year and month of the consumption determination.
